How long does the diffuser last?
A 500ml diffuser can generally be used for approximately 2–3 months after opening, although the duration may vary depending on the environment in which the product is used.
(Depending on air circulation and the number of reeds used)
How long do the reeds last?
We recommend flipping the reed sticks after about 15 days of use.
If used for more than 30 days, replacing them with new reeds is recommended.
I inserted the reeds, but there is no scent.
The scent diffusion may vary depending on the size of the space, temperature, humidity, and other environmental conditions.
Normally, fragrance diffusion begins after about 2–30 minutes.
(The reeds require time to absorb the diffuser oil.)
The diffuser liquid seems to decrease quickly.
Typically, each reed stick absorbs about 15–20ml of oil once inserted.
If exposed to direct sunlight, the oil may evaporate more quickly, causing the fragrance to weaken.
(Especially during summer, fragrance diffusion becomes faster, and frequently moving the diffuser may cause the oil and scent to be consumed more quickly due to shaking.)
Is there a way to maintain the fragrance longer?
Placing the diffuser in a well-ventilated area helps the fragrance spread evenly through the air and last longer.
Please avoid placing it near windows or areas with strong direct airflow. Choosing a diffuser size suitable for the space and using an appropriate number of reeds can also help.
If the fragrance feels too strong, try reducing the number of reeds.
If the fragrance feels too weak, try adding more reeds.
